I think that it is good that no one else got hurt by her stupid judgement. I think that the other person should not get off scott free either. Yes she steered the car so that it did not go off the road. But she should have been just as guilty she knew that she was huffing before they got in the car. She is guilty just cause she knew that she was impaired and still got in the car.

I was reminded of a young boy who also huffed after having dinner at home with his family. After dinner he joined some friends in Lincoln Park for some (fun) he never returned home to the family. His furneral was held aprox. 5 days later.

Let me guess if she is ordered Treatment, the tax payers will have to pay for it !!!!! Time and time again people like this get away with a slap because of the sob story " They have a problem " " They need help " , what they need is to be locked up so they are not out endangering other people that they repeatedly do. What if there was a little kid, or any person on that side walk, or the person in the car next to them got hurt. I don't give a rat about her, just a good thing no one got hurt .
