So, let me get this straight. Terry Mattson, president of Visit Duluth, says "flat is the new up". Where did this Brain Surgeon get this absolutly PRECIOUS piece of Wisdom? Ahh, one of the Special attributes of mediocrity.

Duhhhhhhhhh, couldnt be that duluth has become an island because of road construction, am a local, and cant find my way around. you would think that an area that cant attract real work and industry and relies on tourism would plan out road construction a little better.
