Yes, I watched. Yes, it was done with style and compassion. Yes, the finale scene of daughter Paris says what needed to be heard. Yes, the enablers and the leeches should hide in shame. Yes, the media and followers of the hype they produced should now shut up. Yes, death has a way of releasing the body from the pain. Yes, a son, brother, uncle, father has left behind memories. Yes, A very talented professional left behind some dedicated fans. Yes, his many contributions won't be forgotten, lost but not forgotten. Yes, we all need to take ---A LOOK IN THE MIRROR---

No, didn't watch it. I heard Al Franken was sworn in with his hand on the casket while someone sang a song.

I don't understand the worship. There are everyday people that contribute more to the world than stars. Just don't get it.

I didn't think about him when he was alive so why would I go out of my way just because he died? So many people close to you are where people need to focus. Not some seemingly strange guy who we didn't even know. My opinion is that people need to take a good look at what and who is important that they interact with on a daily basis. That is what is important. He has a family and they will take care of his burial.

Yes, he had talent, but that was years ago when he was in his prime. So why is he being idolized after years of strange, childlike behaviour? Too much fame and money so he never had to grow up. Sorry, I don't get it!

I did not watch it and I think that it is ridiculous to give him so much recognition! He was a drug addict and a child molester! We should be giving this kind of praise to the people who actually make a difference in the world! What about the doctor that saved someone's life or the police officer that protected someone? What about the firefighter who pulls people from a burning building or the random person who jumps in to help someone when they could have just walked by? What did Michael Jackson really do? He has shown the world that you can pay people off to get out of a child molestation case, use drugs, and still be praised at your death because you were once "famous." What has this world come to?

I thought it was beautiful...And no matter what all of the hateful, ugly people have to say about him.... a family lost a Son, children lost thier Father, and Fans lost someone that if anything brought smiles when the music came on. May he rest in peace....

Judge yourself before you Judge others .... I am sure all of you with such negative ugly things to say... realize its always easier to be little someone else before looking at yourself in the mirror.... R.I.P.

A beautiful memorial & tribute to an extremely talented, kind & generous man. How sad that some want to believe the worst the years he was being taken advantage of--check out the FACTS! I believe he was a good, kind man and I watched and loved the entire memorial.

I thought the memorial was truely fit for a King. What a beautiful memorial it was. Michael would have been so happy and proud to have been there. We will never see anything like it ever again in our time, and we will definitely never have another Michael Jackson. There were laughs, and mostly tears, but it was one of the best celebrations of life I have ever seen. I especially give major props to his daughter Paris for her little speech at the end. What a tragedy for his children. RIP MJ
