I have no problem with the slime ball getting 150 years - he ruined many lives.

Why didn't the regulatory agencies follow-up on the more than 20 tips they have had in the past before this monster stole the lives and dreams of so many good people? Not only did he steal from family and friends, but charites, chuches and schools. How could he have enjoyed one dime of that ill-gotten money is beyond me.

David W., I can agree with 100 years provided he pay back what he owes.

I think 150 years is a little excessive. I think 100 years is a more appropriate sentence.

He got off easy. I hope many people like him get the same. Like th idea of him having to work in the hot sun and eat bologna sandwiches...off to Sheriff Joes camp! It is time to treat people like him like dangerous criminals. His family should join him. They all had a nice lifestyle at the sufferings of others.

Let him live in Sheriff Joe Arpaio's tent city jail in Maricopa County, Arizona. He can eat bologna sandwiches, wear pink underwear and work it off in the hot summer sun with real convicts. Good Bye Bernie, got to go live with the other side of the tracks for a long while. Couldn't happen to a nicer guy.

Personally, I'd like to see the SOB and his family go to work as "servants" for EVERYONE of the poor people they STOLE from! Let them see and feel how it is to work your arse off, for very little pay and have NOTHING at the end, because all their going to get is their wage of $7.00 an hour, with absolutely NO benefits! Then, after they work a 12 hour day, sweating, huffing and cussing, take their sorry arses BACK to tiny little apt. and muster up enough money and energy to cook and eat. And, I would make sure these losers uniforms were BRIGHT orange, with their names in HUGE BLACK stitchery, on their backs, so when they are finding a way home every night, either by bus or subway, they can FEAR for their lives, as they have made many other people feel fear for their future!

It's too bad he won't live long enough (in misery) to get to the end of his sentence! His family should be joining him in prison....they couldn't have been as stupid as they claim!

He, along with his sons, wife and those on his payroll that were earning millions of dollars are as guilty as he is, and should spend time in prison. I believe the sentence was just. joan h, cloquet, MN
