Lester Park teacher named Duluth's 'Gold Star' educator 
First-grade teacher Carol Hubert will retire in June knowing she has made a difference in children’s lives. She was honored Wednesday with the highest teacher award in the Duluth school district, the 2013 Goldfine Gold Star Teacher Award.
