Ray and Georgianne Sams 40th wedding anniversary

Ray and Georgianne Sams of Duluth will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary with a weekend away with friends, a dinner with their children and a winter vacation to Arkansas.

Ray and Georgianne Sams of Duluth will celebrate their 40th wedding anniversary with a weekend away with friends, a dinner with their children and a winter vacation to Arkansas.

Ray and the former Georgianne Plys were married Nov. 2, 1968, in Our Savior’s Lutheran Church in Duluth.

Their children are Eric and Shannon Sams of Hermantown and Mark and Jamie Sams of Duluth. They have four grandchildren.

Ray and Georgianne own Sams Florist in Duluth.
