Harry S. McKenzie, 90, of Roseville, Minn., passed away Dec. 20, 2013.
Harry was born and raised in Superior before joining the U.S. Army and beginning his railroad career. He worked 41 years for the BNSF Railroad (GN and BN) as a surveyor and civil engineer before retiring in 1981.
Harry was a wonderful husband, father, grandfather, great-grandfather and friend. He enjoyed traveling, winters in Alabama, golfing, woodworking, his yard and grandchildren.
He was a charter member of KC Council 4021, longtime member of St John the Baptist Church and the Minnesota-Alabama Club.
He was preceded in death by wife, Joyce; grandchild Robbie Joy; parents Cosmos and Jessie; and brother Cosmos.
Harry is survived by his children, Stephen, David (Karla), Kathleen (Doug) Schmitz, Maureen, Nancy (Herb) Berzelius, Thomas (Lori), Joseph (Nancy) and Patrick (Kristine); 21 grandchildren; three great-grandchildren; brother John; and special friend Jean LeMay.
