Nora Elizabeth Roufs
BORN AT: 7:14 a.m. Oct. 24, 2012, in St. Luke’s hospital in Duluth, weighing 9 pounds, 3.8 ounces, and measuring 20.2 inches.
PARENTS: Anthony and Tasha Roufs of Duluth.
SIBLINGS: Claire, 6, and Eli, 4.
GRANDPARENTS: Kim and Tim Roufs of Duluth; Clayton and Sharon Just of Medford, Minn.; and Craig and Elizabeth Andresen of Douglasville, Ga.
GREAT-GRANDPARENTS: Otto Just of Windom, Minn., and Kay Andresen of Bella Vista, Ark.
PARENTS CHOSE THIS NAME BECAUSE: We wanted a beautiful and classic name that fit you as a baby and an adult. Grandma Kim said she always wanted a “Nora” and, ironically, we loved that name too. Elizabeth is after Mom’s late Great-Grandma Elizabeth.
SOMETHING SPECIAL: Daddy’s friend Jeremy was deployed to Afghanistan and was the first friend to hold your brother and sister. We joked you were waiting to come until he arrived home. I went into labor four hours after he landed in Duluth.
