News Tribune, Oct. 23, 1973 Harry Davis, president of Mister Fixit Service Center in Duluth, is challenging a takeover of his property by the Duluth Housing and Redevelopment Authority. The shop occupies a three-story brick building in the heart of the Glen Place Renewal District. A $25,000 claim has been filed against the city of Duluth by a woman hit with a full can of beer at a rock concert this summer. The can was allegedly thrown by a member of the James Gang band at a concert in the Arena-Auditorium.

Nov. 2 general election ballot. A public meeting on a proposed golf course development at Giants Ridge Recreational Ski Area will be held this week in Virginia. The Iron Range Resources and Rehabilitation Board will use input from the meeting in their final decision.
