The University of Minnesota Duluth is hosting a talk on end-of-life care.
Specifically, Dr. Charles Gessert will lecture on the differences in end-of-life care among urban populations.
The event, sponsored by UMD’s Center for Ethics and Public Policy, is set for 6-8 p.m. Thursday, Oct. 24, in Room 120 at UMD’s Solon Campus Center.
Gessert, a retired senior research scientist at the Essentia Institute for Rural Health, will discuss his findings from more than 20 years of research on end-of-life care.
The talk is free and open to the public.
