The College of St. Scholastica is offering a free online course in the growing field of health data analytics.
The course is known by the acronym MOOC — a Massive Open Online Course. In a statement, the college said the course begins on Monday. But you can register as late as Nov. 11 and still have time to finish the course, said Ryan Sandefer, chairman of health informatics and information management at the college. It must be completed by Dec. 7.
The program has been approved for 12 continuing education units.
