Reader’s view: Affordable Care Act will fail just like in Canada, EuropeIn the 1960s, the Canadian government started government-run health care, explained a recent newsletter published by Dr. David Williams called “Alternatives.”
In the 1960s, the Canadian government started government-run health care, explained a recent newsletter published by Dr. David Williams called “Alternatives.” The father of the Canadian health-care system was Claude Castonguay, Williams reported. The Canadian system of health care was based on Castonguay’s advice and recommendations.
But Castonguay now warns it is a complete failure and needs to be returned to the private sector so people can have freedom of choice. One orthopedic surgeon in Canada had a waiting list 3,500 people long, and he’s now seeing people who have been waiting since 2003.
If you are retired, this so-called Affordable Care Act of President Obama’s is really bad news, in my opinion.
Government-run health-care systems are failing in England, France, Spain, Australia, Germany, Ireland, Italy and Greece.
Because of President Obama and the liberals, politicians are involved in Americans’ health care.
I think a lot of people will curse the day they pulled the lever for Obama, but in Duluth voters will think Obama’s doing a wonderful job.
