Who can participate?
Anyone who: Is willing to make a long-term commitment to the study, which involves completing periodic follow-up surveys at home. Is between 30 and 65 years old. Has never been diagnosed with cancer (not including basal or squamous cell skin cancer).
What happens at enrollment?
You will be asked to: Read and sign an informed consent form. Complete a brief written survey. Provide some physical measurements. Give a small blood sample. Take home and complete a more comprehensive survey. (The on-site process should take about 30 minutes.)

US Bank Building, 130 W. Superior St., Duluth, noon to 5:30 p.m. Wednesday. Superior Public Library, 1530 Tower Ave., 3:30 to 7 p.m. Thursday. Peace in Christ Church, 5007 Maple Grove Road, Hermantown, 4 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday. Asbury United Methodist Church, 6822 Grand Ave., Duluth, 4 to 7:30 p.m. Thursday. First United Methodist Church, 230 E. Skyline Parkway, Duluth, 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday. Mariner Mall, 69 N. 28th St., Superior, 9 a.m. to 1:30 p.m. Saturday.
