Chantell Cherie Ronning, 25, sadly passed away on March 11th, 2013, in Essentia Health Medical Center in Duluth.
Chantell Cherie Ronning, 25, sadly passed away on March 11th, 2013, in Essentia Health Medical Center in Duluth.
Chantell was born in Duluth on Jan. 8, 1988 and lived in Gordon most of her life. She was a graduate of Northwood High School in Minong, Wis, class of 2006. She also graduated as a CNA from WITC in Hayward, Wis. Chantell was a very kind, caring, and loving person. Whether it was caring for people and her beloved residents at the Villa Marina Rehabilitation Center where she worked in Superior or helping her family and friends. Chantell would always be the first one to help others, even at the time of her death, nine people's lives were saved because of the gift of life she gave them through organ donations.
Chantell was preceded in death by her son, Alexander Joseph Anderson; her grandmother, Evelyn Fern Miner; grandfather Jack Miner Sr.; and her uncle Michael Allen Miner.
Chantell is survived by: her loving parents, Donald the first and Daphne Ronning; her loving brother, Donald Ronning the second; one nephew, Donald Ronning the third; and her "adopted" siblings, Michelle and CJ; her fiancé, Joseph Anderson of St. Paul, Minn; and by her grandmother Paula Lane; many aunts, uncles, cousins, and friends who she loved and was very much loved by and cared for deeply.
VISITATION: 1 p.m. until the 2 p.m. service Sunday, March 17 in Zion Lutheran Church, Superior. The Reverend Patrick Ziems officiating.
