Health Notes: Rally set for mental health
Free transportation from Duluth will be provided for a mental health rally at noon on March 12 at the state Capitol Rotunda. Free transportation from Duluth will be provided for a mental health rally at noon on March 12 at the state Capitol Rotunda. Co-sponsored by the National Alliance on Mental Illness Minnesota and the Mental Health Association of Minnesota, the event is intended to lobby for improved mental health services in the state.
It will be preceded by an information session at 10 a.m. at Christ Lutheran Church, 105 University Ave. W., which is across the street from the Capitol.
A bus route beginning in Duluth also will pick up passengers in Cloquet, Pine City, North Branch and Wyoming.
