Ron and Dixie Elde 60th wedding anniversary

Ron and Dixie Elde of Duluth celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary during fellowship and coffee hour on Feb. 3 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Proctor.

Ron and Dixie Elde of Duluth celebrated their 60th wedding anniversary during fellowship and coffee hour on Feb. 3 at Immanuel Lutheran Church in Proctor.

Ron and the former Dixie Laney were married Feb. 6, 1953, in Carlton.

Their children are Greg Elde of Grafton, N.D.; Deb and Eric Madson of Proctor; and Candi and Les Reed of Salol, Minn. They have nine grandchildren and eight great-grandchildren, and are expecting their ninth great-grandchild.

Ron and Dixie are both retired.
