JOYCE SHIRLEY BRIDDELL

Joyce Shirley Briddell, 83, of Duluth died Sunday, Feb. 3, 2013 at Aftenro Home.

She was born Oct. 30, 1929 in Duluth to Roy and Edith (Larson) Briddell.

Joyce worked for Goodwill and attended Chum Church. She was a resident at Midtown for many years and attended Benedictine Day Activity Center.

She is preceded in death by her parents; sisters, Dorothy Brown and Evelyn Nelson and brother, Donald Briddell.

Joyce is survived by her sister, Marlis Cran; nieces, Linda Jablonski, Barbara Sweet, Loni Cran-Hovis, Darlene Schroedel, and Bessie Nacey; nephews, Michael Briddell, Stewart, Douglas, and Darrell Cran, and Howard Nelson. She is further survived by great and great-great nieces and nephews, cousins, other relatives and friends.

The family would like to offer a special thanks to the caregivers and staff at Aftenro.

SERVICE: 12 Noon Saturday, Feb. 9, 2013 in Bell Brothers Jarvi Dowd 925 E 4th St. Visitation one hour prior to service in the funeral chapel. Interment at Oneota Cemetery.
