GEORGE RICHARD DULINSKI

George Richard Dulinski, 81, of Duluth, was called to his Lord and Savior on Sunday, Dec. 30, 2012.

He was born in Duluth on Nov. 10, 1931 to Stanley and Helen (Schultz) Dulinski.

George married Charlene Krosko on July 12, 1952. He was an over the road truck driver for Century Motor Freight, starting in 1954 and retiring in 1991. He served with the Minnesota National Guard.

George was a member of St. John’s Catholic Church, Knights of Columbus No. 447, 4th degree McGolrick Assembly, Teamsters Local 346, where he served as chaplain and bingo caller, and the Rice Lake Community Club. He enjoyed yard work and tinkering on old cars.

He was preceded in death by his parents, and siblings Leonard and Charles, Eleanor Abrahamson, Irene Yutrzenka, Mildred LaFlair, Dorothy Pecore and Patricia Werner.

George is survived by his wife Charlene “Totsy”; his daughters Debra (Wayne) Lunde, Brenda (Mike) Horsch, and Jane Horsch, all of Duluth; his sons Michael (Terry) of Duluth, Jeffery (Shauna) of Cotton, and Randy (Francine) of Duluth; 11 grandchildren Raylene, Ronald, Richard, Andrea, Brent, Sarah, Ashley, Maranda, Christina, Bradley and Ryan; two great-grandchildren: Isabella and Kenna.

George was devoted to his family, church, and helping others.

VISITATION: 9 a.m. Friday until the 11 .am. Mass of Christian Burial in St. John’s Catholic Church. Entombment will be at Calvary Cemetery. Arrangements by Dougherty Funeral Home, 600 E. Second Street, Duluth, 727-3555.
