JAMES ALEC NORTHCOTT

James Alec Northcott, 58, a resident of Superior, died Wednesday, Dec. 26, 2012, in his residence.

James was born in Superior April 28, 1954, to Gladys (Puotinen) and Arthur Northcott. He was a 1972 graduate of Superior Senior High School, received his Bachelor of Science degree from the University of Wisconsin-Superior and his Masters degree in Business Administration from the University of Colorado. He was a consultant for various computer companies.

James enjoyed golfing and bicycling and was an avid Packer fan.

He was preceded in death by his father.

James is survived by his daughter, Erica Northcott, of Durham, N. C.; his mother, Gladys, of Superior; sister Ann (John) Behmler of St. Paul, Minn.; significant other Susan Lewis of Superior; and nieces Elizabeth and Jennifer.

VISITATION: 10 until the 11 a.m. service Wednesday, Jan. 2, in Downs Funeral Home, 1617 N. 19th St., Superior.
