Sjogren, DesMarais

Kirsten Sjogren of Chanhassen, Minn., and Phillip DesMarais of Duluth were married May 19 in Mitchell Auditorium at the Col­lege of St. Scholastica in Duluth.

Her parents are Paul Sjogren and Sandy Wagner of Chanhassen. His parents are Steve and Ruth DesMarais of Duluth.

The bride chose her sister, Anna Sjogren, as maid of honor. Brides­maids were Aubree DesMarais, Alyssa DesMarais and Emily DesMarais.

The groom chose Chad Kucza as best man. Groomsmen were Abel Gustafson, Joe Miller and Donald Pearson.

The bride, a 2006 graduate of Chaska (Minn.) High School, grad­uated from the College of St. Schol­astica this year with a doctorate in physical therapy. She is a physical therapist for Essen­tia Health in Herman­town and Proctor.

The groom, a 2006 graduate of Denfeld High School, graduated from the College of St. Scholastica in 2011 with a master’s degree in exercise physiology. He is a corporate wellness coordinator for Sansio in Duluth.
