Harry and Kay Michalicek 50th wedding anniversary

Harry and Kay Michalicek of Duluth will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2-4 p.m. Dec. 30 in Lakeview Covenant Church, 1001 Jean Duluth Road, Duluth.

Harry and Kay Michalicek of Duluth will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2-4 p.m. Dec. 30 in Lakeview Covenant Church, 1001 Jean Duluth Road., Duluth.

Harry and the former Kay Peterson were married Dec. 29, 1962, in Mission Covenant Church in Bemidji.

Their children are Kevin and Joy Michalicek, Kurt and Shelley Michalicek and Homer and Karyn Pham, all of Duluth. They have seven grandsons.

Harry and Kay are both retired from the University of Minnesota Duluth.
