Ronald and Lois Johnson of Mahtowa celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary with a fun-filled family weekend.

Ronald and Lois Johnson of Mahtowa celebrated their 40th wedding anniversary with a fun-filled family weekend.

Ronald and the former Lois Sunnarborg were married Dec. 16, 1972, in Esko Apostolic Lutheran Church.

Their children are Derek and Kristy Johnson of Mora, Minn., and Natalie and Calvin Harris of Superior. They have three grandchildren.

Ronald works at the Duluth Seaway Port Authority. Lois is a homemaker.
