Patricia Ann Berg, 67, of Phoenix, passed away suddenly after a short battle with cancer Nov. 13, 2012.

She was born to Oliver and Helen Berg in St. Paul, on Dec. 21, 1944.
Survived by Everett Botz, Vicki (Brian) Cleare, Bryon (Linda) Botz, Pam (Botz) Smith; grandchildren; cousins; many other family and friends.
MEMORIAL SERVICE: 10:30 a.m. Monday, Nov. 19, 2012, in the Franciscan Renewal Center, 5802 East Lincoln Dr, Scottsdale, Ariz., followed by a luncheon. In lieu of flowers, please consider a donation to the Franciscan Renewal Center. www.thecasa.org
