Walter and Shirley Behm 50th wedding anniversary

Walter and Shirley Behm of Esko will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house beginning at 1-4 p.m. Saturday in the Buffalo House Restaurant, 2586 Guss Road, Duluth.

Walter and Shirley Behm of Esko will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house beginning at 1-4 p.m. Saturday in the Buffalo House Restaurant, 2586 Guss Road, Duluth.

Walter and the former Shirley Koskela were married Nov. 24, 1962, in St. Paul’s Lutheran Church in Cloquet.

Their children are Curt and Jona Behm of Littleton, Colo.; Rod Behm of Duluth; and Tom and Nicole Behm of Esko. They have seven grandchildren.

Walter is retired from Webb Engineering Inc. in Duluth. Shirley is retired from RAM Mutual Insurance in Esko.
