Student of the Week - Gracie Korioth of Cloquet Middle School

Name: Gracie Korioth

School: Cloquet Middle School

Grade: 8

Parents: James and Jean Korioth of Barnum

What class are you most excited about this year? Science; I am really interested in science stuff.

What activities are you involved in? Future Problem Solving, and I am trying to learn several foreign languages on my own.

What has been your best experience in life so far? I dyed a cat purple last summer.

What is something most people at school don’t know about you? I occasionally write my sentences backwards from right to left.

What do you like or dislike the most about Facebook? People posting random useless things about themselves.

Why nominated? Mike Bushey, social studies teacher, says: “Gracie is a new student to our school, which can be difficult; however, with her positive attitude she has made a great impression. She is fun to have in class, works hard and isn’t afraid of some “lively banter.” Thank you, Gracie, for being such a good role model here at CMS.”
