Four churches and an orchestra are joining up to perform Mozart’s Requiem during two concerts Sunday as a fundraiser for CHUM.

Four churches and an orchestra are joining up to perform Mozart’s Requiem during two concerts Sunday as a fundraiser for CHUM.

The collaboration includes choirs of Glen Avon Presbyterian, First Lutheran, Peace United Church of Christ and Pilgrim Congregational Church and members of the Duluth Superior Symphony Orchestra. Soloists for the event include Sarah Lawrence, Sarah Knotts, Cal Metts, Elias Mokole and organists Jason Braham and Rachael Kresha.

What: Mozart’s Requiem, performed by four local churches

When/where: 3 p.m. Sunday at Pilgrim Congregational Church, 2310 E. Fourth St.; 7 p.m. Sunday at First Lutheran Church, 1100 E. Superior St.

Tickets: Free, donations for CHUM accepted
