  • Carlson’s Sausage and Wild Game Processing, 202 N. First Ave., Biwabik. Complete deer processing; cut, ground and wrapped. Average: $60. Full line of sausage and snack sticks. Hours: 9 a.m. to 7 p.m. daily. Call (218) 865-6791.
