Wild game recipe: Grilled duck breasts

Marinade:
½ c. olive oil
¼ c. sesame oil
¼ c. soy sauce
seasoned salt to taste
Sauce:
1 jar red currant jelly
¼ c. butter
¼ to ½ c. ketchup
¼ c. brown sugar
Marinate the duck breasts for six hours in the marinade. Wrap the duck breasts with bacon. Grill the breasts for 5 to 7 minutes on each side; serve pink in the center. Combine the sauce ingredients and heat for 10 minutes. Serve the duck breasts sliced with the sauce drizzled over the top.
