Dan ‘Pinky’ and Maree Skorich 75th wedding anniversary

Pinky and Maree Skorich of Marble celebrated their 75th wedding anniversary with a gathering of family and friends, followed by skydiving.

Pinky and Maree Skorich of Marble celebrated their 75th wedding anniversary with a gathering of family and friends, followed by skydiving.

Pinky and the former Maree Vranesh were married Oct. 17, 1937, in St. Vasilije of Ostrog Serbian Orthodox Church in Chisholm.

Their children are Mike and Helen Skorich of Grand Rapids, Michele Picchiotti of Las Vegas and Dan and Rosey Skorich of Duluth. They have seven grandchildren and five great-grandchildren.

Pinky is retired from Burlington Northern Railroad. Maree is retired from Itasca Community College.
