Wild game recipe: Best-ever fish

Fish fillet Butter or margarine 1 egg, beaten

1 egg, beaten

Flour

Crushed corn flakes

Salt and pepper to taste

Lemon juice

Line a cookie sheet with aluminum foil. Rub generously with butter or margarine. Dip each piece of fillet in flour, then in the beaten egg and then in crushed cornflakes. Place on foil and sprinkle with salt and pepper to taste. Place in a 425-degree oven for 15 minutes. Remove from oven and drizzle melted butter on each piece. Sprinkle with lemon juice. Put back into a 375-degree oven for 15 to 20 minutes. It is not necessary to turn the fillet over.
