BARBARA LEE (FALLS) FERRERA

Barbara Lee (Falls) Ferrera, 75, passed away on Wednesday, Sept. 26, 2012.

Beloved, wife, mother, grandmother, aunt and sister.

Barbara was born in Minneapolis and was a graduate of Washburn High in 1955. She and Richard raised their family in Burnsville, Barb was a devoted mother. She enjoyed sitting on a Hawaiian beach and watching the sunsets, reading, playing tennis, golf, walking and physical fitness, but most of all spending time with family.

Preceded in death by parents, parents Marie and Vernon Falls; Sister Muriel Best.

Survived by loving husband of 55 years Richard; children, Susan (Robert) Parent, John (Lori), Deanna (Curtiss) Roehl, Julie (Troy) Huntley, Steven (Stacy) Ferrera; grandchildren, Rick, Amy (Kevin), Tyler, Jordan, Michael, Nate, Sienna, Savanna, Jackson, Lauren; brother Douglas (Sharon) Falls; sisters, Virginia Diller and Lori (Larry) Hard.

MEMORIAL SERVICE: 11 a.m. Saturday, Sept. 29, 2012 in Prince of Peace Lutheran Church 13901 Fairview Dr. Burnsville with luncheon following the service. A gathering of family and friends Friday, Sept. 28, 2012 from 4-6 p.m. in White Funeral Home 20134 Kenwood Trial, Lakeville and also one hour prior to service in church.
