Katie Magnuson and Brian Hill, both of Duluth, plan to be married Oct. 13 in Clyde Iron Works event center in Duluth.
Her parents are David Magnuson of Cloquet and Cathy Berggren of Proctor. His parents are John and Kristin Hill of Two Harbors.
The future bride, a 2005 graduate of Denfeld High School, is pursuing a diploma in medical assisting at Lake Superior College in Duluth.
The future groom, a 2003 graduate of Two Harbors High School, graduated from the University of Minnesota Duluth in 2010 with a bachelor’s degree in organizational management and from Lake Superior College in Duluth with an associate degree in fire technology and administration. He is a control operator for Canadian National in Duluth.
