Meat Loaf with Sauce

1 lb. ground beef

1/2 lb. pork

8 oz. can tomato sauce

1/2 c. milk

1 egg

1/2 c. chopped onion

1 1/2 tsp. salt

1/4 tsp. pepper

Mix all the ingredients together, form a meat loaf and place in a pan.

Sauce:

1/4 c. catsup

1 tsp. mustard

3 T. brown sugar

Combine all the ingredients together. Spread over the meat loaf. Bake at 375 degrees for 1 hour.

Aebleskivers

3 egg yolks

2 tsp. sugar

½ tsp. salt

1 tsp. baking soda

1 tsp. baking powder

2 c. flour

2 c. buttermilk

3 egg whites

Beat the egg yolks. Add the sugar, salt, soda, baking powder, flour and buttermilk. Beat the egg whites and fold into the egg yolk mixture. Bake in a moderate to hot oiled aebleskiver pan on top of the stove until golden brown and crinkly. Turn with a metal knitting needles. Serve hot with syrup.
