Aurelia (Savage) Campanario, 87, of New Britain, died Monday night at an area convalescent home.

Aurelia (Savage) Campanario, 87, of New Britain, died Monday night at an area convalescent home.

Born in New Britain, the daughter of the late William and Barbara Savage, she was a life long resident and wife of the late Antonio Campanario.

A long time member of St. John the Evangelist Church, she also worked at the W.T. Grant Store in New Britain.

She was pre deceased by a sister Ann Rulewicz and a brother Nappi Savage.

Mrs. Campanario is survived by two sons Ronald and his wife Phyllis Campanario of Kensington, David and his wife Denice Campanario of Duluth; her grandchildren Rhonda (Jonathan) Dellaripa of Wethersfield, Ryan (Stephanie) Campanario of Southington, Angela (Joseph) Pyrlik of Esko, Minn., Nick (Noah Cooper) Campanario of Chicago, Ill., and Matt (Rebecca) Campanario of Esko, Minn.; 10 great grandchildren; a sister Judy Dupont, of Newington; a sister-in-law Ruth Campanario of New Britain and several nieces and nephews.

MASS OF CHRISTIAN BURIAL: 10:30 a.m. Saturday in St. John the Evangelist Church (corner of East St. and Newington Ave.) New Britain. Burial will follow at Rose Hill Memorial Park, Rocky Hill. Visitation will be Saturday from 9 a.m. until the time of the Mass in the Farrell Funeral Home 110 Franklin sq. New Britain. In lieu of flowers, donations may be made to the Multiple Myeloma Research Foundation or to the Leukemia Lymphoma Foundation.
