Health Notes: New hearing center opens today in Duluth

A grand opening is taking place today for the Hearing Wellness Center in the Lakewalk Building, 1420 London Road.
The center offers customized hearing device technology, hearing protection and individual treatment plans to optimize hearing health, according to a news release. The audiologists, Sara K. Downs and Jonathan P. Gervais, also offer the region’s first Tinnitus Treatment Center to treat ringing in the ears.
The grand opening will take place from 1-4 p.m. with tours and refreshments and the opportunity to register to win a free set of hearing aids.
Downs and Gervais also see patients in Cloquet and Two Harbors.
