Eh? Fresh from the farm and downtown

The Downtown Farmers’ Market is open between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. today at the corner of Lake Avenue and Superior Street.

The Eh? desk is all about the butternut squash soup for $3, but the fall harvest crops for sale at today’s Downtown Farmers’ Market look good, too: Get your sweet corn, pumpkins, carrots, turnips, apples and squash, along with bread, cookies, jam and jelly between 11 a.m. and 1 p.m. at the corner of Lake Avenue and Superior Street.

The featured restaurant is Restaurant 301, which is serving that soup and $5 pulled-beef sandwiches with bourbon steak sauce. Singer-songwriter Chris Clemmons performs.
