MY PARENTS ARE: Chris and Casey Mattson of Two Harbors.
MY GRANDPARENTS ARE: Paul Tynjala and Mary Almly, and Sara Childs, all of Duluth; and Dennis and Judy Mattson of Ishpeming, Mich.
MY GREAT-GRANDMOTHER IS: Dee Tynjala of New Brighton, Minn.
MY PARENTS CHOSE THIS NAME BECAUSE: It was the only name they could agree on. My middle name is the same as Grandpa Paul’s.
PARENTS’ WISH OR ADVICE: May you always be courageous; stand upright and be strong; and may you stay forever young. We want you to know we love you so much! You are the best thing that ever happened to us!
SOMETHING SPECIAL: We had dinner for Daddy’s and Great-grandma’s birthday at Sammy’s the night before you were born. Great-grandma said it would be OK if you came that weekend since everyone was in town. You must’ve heard her and a few hours later you were here!
