Wild Rice Casserole

1 c. wild rice

1 can Healthy Request cream of mushroom soup

1 can Healthy Request chicken with rice soup

1 - 4 oz. can stems and pieces mushrooms, drained and cut small

1 1/2 T. chicken flavored gravy mix

1 tsp. onion flakes or instant garlic flakes

a dash of lemon pepper or to taste

2 c. boiling water

Soak the wild rice in hot water. Let stand overnight. Drain the wild rice. In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients in the two cups of boiling water. Mix well and place into a 2-quart casserole or baking dish. Bake at 350 degrees for 50 minutes. Carefully stir casserole and bake for another 15 to 20 minutes. You can also add cooked chicken, turkey or hamburger.

Peanut Butter Cookies No Bake

½ c. condensed milk

½ c. cocoa

¼ c. oleo

2 c. white granulated sugar

½ c. peanut butter

1 tsp. vanilla

3 c. quick oatmeal

In a 6 or 8-quart kettle, add the milk, cocoa, oleo and sugar. Bring to a boil and boil for one minute. Remove from heat. Add the peanut butter, vanilla and oatmeal and mix well. Drop by teaspoons onto wax paper. Let cool.
