    Meet Finnley Amanda Bester, 4 days old. Her father, Jesse Bester, returned from deployment in Afghanistan on May 15 just in time to see his baby’s birth. Jesse and his wife, Vanessa, reside in Burgalhen, Germany. Grandparents are Darcy and Jim Bester of Duluth and Sharon and Kevin Smith of Jacksonville, Fla.
