Cubano Sandwiches

1 loaf French bread, sliced lengthwise.

softened butter

mustard of your choice

1/2 lb. deli ham

1/4 lb. thinly sliced pork roast

1 small thinly sliced onion

1/4 lb. thinly sliced provolone cheese

spicy, sliced pickles

Butter the exterior of the bread. Spread the mustard on one side of the inside of the loaf. Layer on the meats, cheese and pickles. Cut the loaf into four equal pieces. In you have a Panini pan, preheat it. If you don't, heat up a heavy frying pan. Wrap a brick with foil. Place on top of the sandwiches. Turn after seven minutes. Serve warm.

Strawberry Dessert

4 - 6 oz. strawberry yogurts

1~8 oz. container Cool Whip, thawed

1 small box vanilla instant pudding

2 c. fresh strawberries, sliced

In a large bowl combine yogurt, Cool Whip, and pudding mix, stir until combined. Gently stir in strawberries. Chill for 2 hours or overnight.

Pazdernik's Punch

2- 12 oz. cans frozen raspberry/cranberry juice.

1-12 oz. can frozen lemonade

3 liters of 7-up or to taste

Thaw juice and mix with 7-up in punch bowl.
