If you’re 60 or older, there’s a new place to go for lunch.
Chris Jensen Health & Rehabilitation has been added as a site for the Arrowhead Economic Opportunity Agency’s Senior Dining Program.
The meal is hot and well-balanced and costs $3.50, or at least that’s the suggested donation. If you’re younger than 60 but your spouse is older, you can go with him or her.
People who haven’t dined in the program before should call (218) 727-4321 to register. Reservations for meals are preferred 48 hours in advance by calling (218) 625-6400. Diners may sign up for multiple days. Menus are available at the site or by calling Laurie at (218) 625-6402.
The facility is at 2501 Rice Lake Rd.
