Flood help available at three disaster recovery centers

Disaster recovery centers are open in Duluth, Barnum and Willow River through Monday, and free transportation is provided to the Barnum location.
Several agencies will be available at each site, including the Minnesota Housing Finance Agency, the state attorney general's office, state labor and industry, employment and economic development, commerce, human services and health departments and the University of Minnesota Extension. Hours for all three locations are 9 a.m. to 3 p.m. today through Monday. Locations are: Barnum High School, 3675 County Road 140 in Barnum; the Duluth Entertainment Convention Center, 350 Harbor Drive; and Willow River School, 8142 Pine St., Willow River.
Fond du Lac Transit offers rides to the Barnum location. Call (218) 461-7354 to arrange a pick-up.
At each center, visitors will meet with a representative from the state to discuss their personal flood-related situations and then be connected with needed services.
