L’Abbe, Hammer

Christine L’Abbe of Duluth and Kyle Hammer of Fairdale, N.D. , plan to be married Aug. 18 in Cathedral of Our Lady of the Rosary in Duluth.

Her parents are Stephen and Jean L’Abbe of Duluth. His parents are Greg and Nancy Hammer of Fair­dale.

The future bride, a 2005 graduate of Marshall School in Duluth, graduated from the University of St. Thomas in St. Paul in 2009 with a bachelor’s degree in biochemistry and is a fourth-year dental student at the University of Minnesota School of Dentis­try in Minneapolis.

The future groom, a 2004 graduate of Adams-Edmore High School in Edmore, N.D., graduated from the University of North Dakota in Grand Forks in 2008 with a bachelor’s degree in biology and is also a fourth-year dental student at the University of Minnesota School of Dentistry in Minneapolis.
