Amy Sobolik and Jacob Franks, both of Superior, plan to be married July 31 in Billings Park in Sup­erior.

Her parents are Janet Sobolik and John Sobolik, both of Superior. His parents are Arline Franks and David Franks, both of Superior.

The future bride, a 2009 graduate of Superior High School, is pursuing a bachelor’s degree in marketing. She is employed by St. Luke’s hospital in Duluth.

The future groom is a 2011 graduate of Superior High School. He is a member of the U.S. Air Force in Dayton, Ohio, which he joined in 2011.
