Community meeting today in Moose Lake
A community meeting will be held this afternoon to discuss flooding issues in Moose Lake.By: News Tribune staff, Duluth News Tribune
A community meeting for residents of Moose Lake and others interested is scheduled for 2 p.m. today at Hope Lutheran Church, 204 Elm Ave. in Moose Lake, according to the Carlton County Sheriff's Office.
The meeting will address flooding in the community.
The Sheriff's Office said reports of water contamination in the city of Moose Lake are false and that the drinking water is safe for consumption.
