Flood waters receding in Moose Lake
Flood waters have started to recede in Moose Lake and authorities have reopened some sections of Arrowhead Lane, Ryan Rennquist of Carlton County Emergency Operations said at 9 a.m. today.By: News Tribune staff, Duluth News Tribune

Flood waters have started to recede in Moose Lake and authorities have reopened some sections of Arrowhead Lane, Ryan Rennquist of Carlton County Emergency Operations said at 9 a.m. today.
“It sounds like things are somewhat progressing,” he said.
Authorities are busy assessing damages around the county, he said.
