Arlen and Juli Severson 50th wedding anniversary

Arlen and Juli Severson of Esko will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2-4 p.m. today in Apostolic Church in Esko.

Arlen and Juli Severson of Esko will celebrate their 50th wedding anniversary with an open house from 2-4 p.m. today in Apostolic Church in Esko.

Arlen and the former Juli Berg were married June 8, 1962.

Their children are Kate and Joel Finifrock of Barnum; Sara and Kraig Skistad of St. Michael, Minn.; Jon and Nicole Severson of Esko; and Erik and Katie Severson of Osceola, Wis. They have nine children and two great-grandchildren.

Arlen works at the University of Minnesota Duluth School of Medicine. Juli is a homemaker.
