Dan and Sonja Wakefield of Cloquet celebrated their 50th wedding anniversary with a family dinner.

Dan and the former Sonja Fiske were married May 22, 1962, in Carlton.

Their children are Scott and Rachelle Wakefield of Duluth and Dino and Kristin Wakefield of Cloquet. They have five grandchildren.

Dan is retired from Hyman Freightway. Sonja is retired from Potlatch.
