I WAS BORN: July 1, 2011, in St. Luke’s hospital in Duluth.
MY PARENTS ARE: Catrina Cloud and Kyle Fisher of Esko.
MY GRANDPARENTS ARE: Steve and Debbie Skarman of Duluth and Tony and Deb Fisher of Cloquet.
MY GREAT-GRANDPARENTS ARE: Edwin and Anita Wiita of Cloquet and Iola Mraz of Barnum.
MY PARENTS CHOSE THIS NAME BECAUSE: My late great-grand-mother’s name was Amelia Fisher. Because she was so special to all of us, my parents wanted her name to live on. They named me, their angel baby, after the angel who undoubtedly must be my guardian.
PARENTS’ WISH OR ADVICE: You have enhanced our lives beyond belief, baby girl! We both love you so much and we want for you to grow up healthy and happy. We want you to always remember that we are here for you and we will love you unconditionally forever.
SOMETHING SPECIAL: Both my grandmothers were present for my birth. When I was born I cried and cried. My grandmother told my daddy to talk to me. As soon as I heard Daddy’s voice, I stopped crying and gazed interestedly toward that familiar voice. I knew immediately that I was so very welcomed into their world.
