Bryce Robert Scharte New Arrival

I WAS BORN: Sept. 19, 2011, in St. Luke’s hospital in Duluth.

MY PARENTS ARE: Nicole and Patrick Scharte of Superior.

MY BROTHER IS: Miles, 2.

MY GRANDPARENTS ARE: Jerry and Lora Lee Chiaverini of Duluth and Michael an Lynn Scharte of Superior.

MY GREAT-GRANDPARENTS ARE: Ray and Nancy Chiaverini and Bob and Karen Bayless, all of Duluth; Ruth Scharte and Jim and Mary Tomczak, all of Superior; and the late Art Scharte.

MY PARENTS CHOSE THIS NAME BECAUSE: Mommy mentioned the name Bryce to Daddy but he wasn’t paying attention. The next day while working, Daddy saw the name and then suggested it to Mommy. It was fate! I share my middle name with several special family members and it is also my Great-grandpa’s name.

PARENTS’ WISH OR ADVICE: You were a huge surprise in our life, but it was the best surprise! You were meant to be. We wish you a lifetime of happiness and love.

SOMETHING SPECIAL: Mommy was teaching while in labor. She finally decided to go to the hospital at 1 a.m. and you were born naturally without pain medication at 3:30 a.m. You were a whopping 10.5 pounds!
